Lead the end-to-end implementation of eCU Technology’s account opening and loan origination software for credit unions. Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support, ensuring on-time delivery, high client satisfaction, and process standardization.
Phase 1 – Document Gathering / Third-Party Coordination
Collaborate with clients and their third-party vendors to collect all required documentation and information.
Provide guidance and follow-up to ensure readiness for implementation and prevent delays.
Phase 2 – Configuration / Setup
Direct internal teams (business analysts, developers) to complete configuration tasks.
Personally configure critical components of client sites to ensure accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
Phase 3 – Client Training
Conduct multi-day training sessions (2–20 client users per session).
Provide hands-on instruction, answer questions, and gather configuration or workflow feedback.
Adjust configurations in real-time to ensure smooth adoption.
Phase 4 – Testing / Go-Live
Manage 30–200 client tickets per project, triaging, delegating, and resolving issues.
Coordinate UAT, production build, and go-live, ensuring seamless launch.
Provide post-launch support until the client transitions to ongoing support.
Outcome:
Successfully led end-to-end client implementations, managing up to 11 projects concurrently and delivering several soft launches three months ahead of schedule. Standardized workflows improved team efficiency and reduced post-launch support tickets, driving faster adoption and higher client satisfaction.
