Overview: 

Led the full company-wide migration from Mitel to Cisco communication systems. Managed planning, coordination, execution, and post-migration support to ensure a seamless transition without disruption to business operations. 

Project Responsibilities:

• Developed and managed a detailed project plan, timeline, and milestones for the migration.

• Coordinated cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and management to align on tasks, testing, and scheduling.

• Conducted risk assessment and developed mitigation plans to prevent downtime and ensure a smooth migration.

• Oversaw technical execution, testing, and verification of all system components post-migration.

• Communicated regularly with senior management and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any issues promptly.

Outcome: The outcome of the project was a successful migration. Despite the complexities of the task, the collaboration between all teams ensured a seamless transition with minimal disruptions to the company's operations. The project was completed on time and met objectives.
