Outcome: The primary goal of this project was to enhance the onboarding experience for new hires while simultaneously reducing the volume of support tickets related to access issues and resource requests. The outcome of the project was the successful establishment of a streamlined onboarding process for new hires. By guaranteeing prompt access to necessary applications and resources on their first day, we were able to reduce support tickets significantly.
